At the Gravitas Institute we are passionate about helping everyday people enhance their knowledge and skills using a variety of proven tools and frameworks. Our work focuses on the assessment and uncover ing of opportunities to grow and develop into competent leaders—as well as identifying challenges that can keep them from maximizing their effectiveness.

Gravitas is a Latin word that translates as seriousness of character—a core trait of an effective leader. A person with gravitas is said to command trust and respect from those with whom they work or lead. In fact, just as leadership can be found at any level of an organization, anyone can develop their gravitas to help them propel their career beyond any perceived limits.

Authority, dependability, and trustworthiness are common traits of an individual with gravitas. Hence, our goal is to help ignite the spark that leads individuals on a journey of change and transmutation as a capable and competent leader.
