Andrés Goyanes is a Certified Everything DiSC® Practitioner and Organizational Leadership consultant
Andrés draws knowledge from his experience of more than 25 years in marketing management roles to help organizations understand how assessing team members’ personalities and communication styles can lead them to work better, smarter, and more effectively.
As a Certified Everything DiSC® Partner, Andrés facilitates courses and workshops for private and nonprofit organizations, providing their teams with the knowledge, insight, and actionable strategies to communicate better and more effectively. He is also an active public speaker and panel moderator on a variety of business, marketing, and cross-cultural leadership.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, an MBA in Sustainable Business from Marylhurst University, and is a PhD Candidate in Global Leadership at Troy University. His research focuses on cross-cultural leadership, cultural intelligence, transformational leadership, and soft power/diplomacy.
Andrés has held various community leadership roles, including President of the American Marketing Association of Central Florida (2008-2009), Founding President of the Rotary Club of International Drive – Orlando (2011-2012), and District Governor for Rotary District 6980 (2022-2023). He currently serves as Rotary Leadership Institute Director for the district, as well as Assistant Rotary Regional Foundation Coordinator in Rotary Zone 34.
An avid advocate for education, Andrés has been an Adjunct Professor of International Management at Valencia College since 2022 and previously taught marketing courses at the University of Phoenix’s Orlando Campus (2012-2019). He is also a visiting professor at Disney’s College Program, where he teaches leadership and management courses to international exchange students.
Andrés is also a mentor for undergraduate students from the Knights Business Network at the University of Central Florida, and at the Horizon Scholars and U.S. State Department’s Community College Initiative programs at Valencia College in Orlando, Florida.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with conversational skills in Portuguese and Italian, Andrés enjoys traveling, red wine, and playing guitar. Along with his wife, Veronica, he volunteers throughout the Central Florida community through Rotary, The Salvation Army, and ShelterBox International.
