Gravitas Intelligence’s packaged programs address three recurring challenges—one focused on team dynamics and two based on individual goal setting. Additional customized programs can be developed to meet specific opportunities or challenges.
Team Optimum
Whether you lead a small team or a large organization, developing your team members’ gravitas can lead them to achieve their optimum—in other words, the best possible outcome in their competencies through a structured approach to developing self-awareness.
The Team Optimum program* includes:
• DiSC® Personality Assessments
• Individual Consultations
• Team DiSC® Workshop
By combining one-on-one coaching with group workshops, Team Optimum can become aware of the personality factors at a personal level—and then see how it plays out in overall team dynamics.
*Pricing is based on the number of individuals and workshop sessions.
Career Booster
Quite often, seasoned professionals are passed on for promotions or assignments as roles and opportunities narrow near the top of an organization. This means they need to make career-boosting changes by taking stock of their achievements and skills set.
The Career Booster program includes:
• DiSC® Personality Assessment
• Two (2) Career-Boosting Coaching Sessions
• Goal-Oriented Outcomes (GO2) Framework
If your ultimate goal is to shift your energy, direction, and purpose to meet the opportunity of your current career path, our GO2 program can help you build a course on which you can embark on a growth journey.
This is an individualized coaching program for individuals (not teams).
Course Correction
Has your career reached a point where you need to take the next exit toward a new direction or opportunity? You are not alone, and many reach a point in their careers where they seek to leverage their experience and wisdom to find alternatives for a better future.
The Course Correction program includes:
• DiSC® Personality Assessment
• Four (4) Career-Pivoting Sessions
• Career course correction goal setting
The decision to pivot and reinvent your career direction requires a deeper understanding of your strengths and weaknesses that can guide you in getting you through the transition—including setting growth goals.
This is an individualized coaching program for individuals (not teams).
Maximum of 16 people per team—with larger teams broken up into functional groups.
