DiSC Personality Profile Dynamics Workshop
Workshop Abstract: DiSC is a behavioral framework that helps individuals understand how they communicate, respond to challenges, influence others, and approach rules and structure. This interactive workshop helps participants identify their behavioral styles and recognize the preferences of others. Core elements include self-awareness, communication, conflict management, team dynamics, and behavioral adaptability. Participants leave better equipped to build trust, reduce misunderstandings, strengthen collaboration, and adjust their approach for more productive workplace relationships.
Workshop Outcomes: This workshop is designed primarily for teams in functional or cross-functional specialties. Participants who depend on interpersonal collaboration and communication will gain great benefit from understanding their own personalities (from a previous assessment) and those of others. This will help them anticipate and deliver information in ways that connect with their preferred communication style, while being mindful of the motivators and stressors associated with each personality style.

Cultural Intelligence Development Workshop
